ATN TERMS

Approval Team Nigeria Limited, will provide homologation/approval services as applicable for all identified countries. Only those tasks as outlined in this proposal are included. In line with this service, we will coordinate all requisite efforts to obtain type approval/homologation certificate.

  • This quotation is based upon information received to date from the client and may be revised upon the receipt of any additional information or alterations that may influence the timescale and/or cost aspects.
  • Outside testing and certification fees will be billed at actual cost, using the currency exchange rate valid at the time of billing as applicable. Any required re-testing costs are NOT included and will be billed at a cost.
  • Unless specified in this quotation, all shipping costs, import taxes, etc… are excluded and are the responsibilities of the client.
  • Approval Team Nigeria Limited is offering “Approval Management Services” for your company. We cannot guarantee that products will gain approval. We will identify any obstacles to the approval of your equipment(s), but it remains your responsibility to ensure the product meets technical requirements and that your company has all the legal requirements in place.
  • Additional technologies, product types or derivable beyond the scope of this project will be considered separately and will be renegotiated as necessary.

 

Payment

Approval Team Nigeria Limited projects general terms of payment services are outline below:

  • 100 percent 2 weeks after each certificate delivery for all African countries
  • For Nigeria applications since the high raise of prices in 2021 we now require for this country approval (NCC only) a payment of 60 percent after submission and 40 percent while completed

 

Discount Policy

$30 discounted for each application from 10 applications order in a raw

Expenses

Unless specifically detailed within proposal, travel expenses, all shipping costs (including express shipment of derivable) and local taxes and miscellaneous expenses required to complete your project are not included and will be invoiced in addition to the fees quoted. Approval Team Nigeria Limited will seek authorization prior to incurring any costs not included in the current scope of work.

 

 

Disclaimer

Approval Team Nigeria Limited guarantees that it will provide regulatory agencies with the same information regarding product naming and technical specifications (model number, manufacturer name, address, product name and brand, …) as provided by the client. It is possible that regulatory agencies will not transfer this information correctly onto the certificates that are issued. If that occurs, after consultation with the client, Approval Team Nigeria Limited, has the option of requesting an email confirming the validity of the certificate for the particular product or to ask for a corrected certificate. In either case, payment will not be delayed due to such errors.

 

Project cancellation

Postponements or cancellations will be accepted if sufficient written notice is given to Approval Team Nigeria Limited. If a cancellation is given client is responsible for paying any testing, certification and corresponding management fees incurred by Approval Team Nigeria Limited at the time of cancellation.
