 Addressees: These Regulations shall apply to

  (a) Licensed communications operators importing

Electronic communications equipment to build, operate and maintain communications networks installed or interconnected with networks within Sierra Leone;

 (b) Trading businesses or individuals importing

electronic communications equipment for

Sale and distribution within Sierra Leone; or

(c) Or agents, that intend to import electronic

Communications equipment for sale in Sierra

Leone.
